I first encountered Guy Billout’s work back in the early 2000s and was immediately drawn to his surrealist off kilter perspective.

Now 83, Billout was mainly active in the late 1960s-80s working for clients like The Atlantic, The New York Times and many others.

I've since discovered he also made a series of great looking kids books I need to investigate for my youngest.
